From R8,200 a month to R3,100
I had six store cards and two personal loans. My counsellor took over every call from the creditors within the first week. The monthly amount is finally something I can actually pay.
Under R100,000? Close this page. This is for people whose salary is gone before month-end, who are borrowing to cover last month’s repayments, and who want it to stop.
Don’t press this if you’re curious. Press it if you’re finished.
What relief looks like
One payment. One date. The calls stop. These are real numbers from one member and yours will look different.
South Africa has hundreds of registered debt counselling firms and they are not equal. We compare the leading ones on approval rates, service and how fast they answer, then match you to the right fit for your debt, your income and your province. One free assessment instead of ten phone calls.
We only work with debt counsellors listed on the National Credit Regulator's public register.
You are sent to one suitable firm, not passed around a call list of buyers.
The firm pays our referral fee. It never changes the regulated fees you pay them.
Read both columns before you press anything. If the right-hand side is you, close the page with our blessing.
This is for you if
This is not for you if
It takes years, not months. You cannot take new credit while you are in it. What you get back is one payment you can afford, interest that stops stacking, and a phone that stops ringing. That is the trade. If it sounds fair, carry on.

Two minutes. What you owe, what you earn, what is actually left by the 20th. No documents, no credit check, no cost.
We compare South Africa's leading NCR-registered debt counselling firms and send you to the one that fits your debt size, your province and your income.
Your counsellor deals with each account and each collector directly, under Section 86 of the National Credit Act. The calls stop coming to you.
One affordable amount goes to a registered Payment Distribution Agent. They pay everyone else. The juggling ends.
First names and initials only, because people asked. Debt is private and we keep it that way.

I was scared debt review meant losing the car. It did not. They showed me the NCA section it falls under and gave me the counsellor's NCR number so I could check it myself.

I had already tried two places on my own and got nowhere. This took two minutes and the counsellor I was put through to called me back the same afternoon. Three years in and I have my clearance date in writing.

Two businesses went under and I owed just over R330,000. Nobody repossessed anything. One payment goes off on the 25th and that is the end of my admin.

I expected a pitch. Instead I got asked what I had already tried and why it had not worked. They were honest that it would take years. I took two weeks to decide and they never once phoned to push me.

I paid minimums for years and the balance never moved. The interest reduction is the part nobody tells you about. That is where the money came back.

Only a registered debt counsellor may place you under debt review. Ask for the NCRDC number, check it on the NCR public register, and never let anyone sign you up on a call you did not expect.
We are not a debt counsellor and we never will be. We are a South African matching service. We vet debt counselling firms, check their NCR registration and their track record, and send you to the one that suits your situation. Everything after that happens between you and that firm.
The firm we match you with pays us a referral fee. You never pay us anything, and the fee does not change what you pay them. Their fees are capped by the National Credit Regulator either way.
No. You borrow nothing. Your existing accounts are restructured into one lower monthly payment under the National Credit Act. If you came here hoping for cash, this is the wrong page.
Usually three to five years, sometimes longer. Anyone promising you a few months is not being straight with you.
Once your application is lodged, your assets are protected while you keep to the agreed payment plan. Miss payments and that protection falls away. That part is on you.
A debt review flag sits on your record for the whole process and is removed when you receive your clearance certificate. That is a real cost. Most people who reach this page are already in arrears, which costs more.
Every firm on our panel is registered with the National Credit Regulator. Ask your counsellor for their NCRDC number and check it yourself on the NCR public register at ncr.org.za before you sign anything.
The assessment is free. Fees only start once you are formally placed under debt review, and every one of them is capped and regulated by the NCR.
A registered Payment Distribution Agent takes your single payment and splits it between your credit providers. You never chase anyone again.
Two minutes now, and you will know which NCR-registered firm is the right one for your situation. What you do with that is entirely up to you.
